B. Except as set forth in this Agreement, (i) nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without Magus International's express written permission; (ii) your use of the Trademarks displayed on the Site or in any Site Content is strictly prohibited; (iii) the Trademarks may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or modified. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of the Trademarks on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. Magus International prohibits the use of the Trademarks as a 'link' on or from any other web site unless Magus International has approved the link in advance.

C. Images on the Site of people or places (the 'Images') are the property of, or used with permission by, Magus International. You are prohibited from using the Images except as specifically permitted by the Site or this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of the Images by you may violate copyright trademark, privacy, publicity and communications laws, regulations and statutes. With the exception of news media subject to the specific conditions set forth in the Image Gallery portion of the Site, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivate works from the Images. Modification or use of the Images for any purpose not provided for within is a violation of Magus International's and others copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of the Images on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.

D. The Site is intended to quickly and easily deliver the most requested Magus International's company information to information seekers. You may download one electronic copy of the Content, including the Trademarks and Images, on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. In addition, you may print one hard copy of the Content, including the Trademark and Images, for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. If you download and/or print Site Content, Magus International grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the content as provided by this Agreement. You own the medium on which the Content is recorded, but Magus International retains full and complete title to the Content and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not modify, redistribute, sell, repost, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise disassemble or create derivate works from the Content without the express permission of Magus International.
2. COLOUR AND STYLE REPRESENTATIONS
Computer monitors and scanners vary in their reproduction of colour. Though we strive for accuracy, all picture colours, products and swatches displayed should be regarded as approximations. All Magus International products are well known brands, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should first check with our branches.
3. GENERAL
If any provision of this Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.

4. WHOLE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions set out in this Agreement represent the entire Agreement.
