Size of Yellow part : 53×51 mm with provision of hole.

Size of Metal part : 98 mm , but cutout cantilever part from yellow base : width 52mm x height 60mm ,and cutout center/ top average width 25/21 mm

Yellow Base Part can be fixed by double sided tape or screw.

Different shape lockouts can be customized on quantity basis.

Insert lockout device as shown in image to prevent accident handle, lever in the hole.

Always use Lockout Tagout while shutdown and maintenance work.
