insulated high-ankle boots

• The boots are manufactured by direct molding of the polyurethane and nitrile rubber sole VIBRAM with anti-skid inserts ARCTIC GRIP PRO onto the shoe upper.
• The shoe upper is made of  genuine leather (1.8–2.0 mm thick). Half-bellows genuine leather tongue flap prevents any ingress of small objects, splashes and dust. The soft genuine leather cuff provides comfortable wear.
• The lining and footbed are made of multi-layered insulation material – 14 mm pile natural fur ALIASKA and Shelter B-200 with metalized film (foil).
• Retroreflective piping improves visibility.
• Composite toe cap protects forefoot against impacts of 200 J (MIL 200) due to a special polyurethane pad and construction that prevent pressure on the foot.
• Two-layer outsole resistant to chemical factors, such as oil and petrochemicals. Shock-absorbing polyurethane midsole reduces shock loads and makes the footwear light, comfortable while insuring excellent heat-shielding properties. The bottom layer of the outsole is made of wear-resistant, heat-resistant (300°С / 60 s) and frost-resistant nitrile rubber VIBRAM, with anti-skid inserts  ARCTIC GRIP PRO which additionally is resistant to deformation and chafing.
• The 4,5 mm cleated outsole ensures good traction on various surfaces providing protection against sliding on oily surfaces and the angle-wise cleat pattern provides self-cleaning of the sole.
• The boots ICEGARD with multi-layered insulation material lining (natural fur and metalized film Shelter B-200) are recommended for outdoor jobs in climate zones  I-II, III and a special climate zone when completed with the outfit providing relevant thermal insulation.
• The range of sizes and widths are manufactured on the basis of the last form used for footwear manufacturing, to ensure comfort and fatigue-free working throughout the day.
