Cryogenic Suits

The Cryogenic Suits are in two parts. A bib and brace overall with long shoulder straps, with Velcro fasening, to adjust to a wide range of heights.  The waist is elasticated.  Over this fits a jacket of similar materials and this fastens with a Velcro strip all the way down the front.  For added safety, there are also Velcro fastenings on the cuffs.  There are no outer pockets, but the jacket has an inner pocket.

The suits consist of three layers, however the inner overall omits the insulating layer above the waist (which will be covered by the overlapping jacket) for comfort and to reduce bulk, therefore aiding manoeuvrability.

Application & Uses

These Cryogenic Suits offer the same technology and protection as that of the Cryogenic Workwear Gloves.  The suit offers optimum protection for the Torso, Arms and Legs against the effect of accidental spills and splashes of cryogenic material.

The Suits are widely used in the oil and gas industries for protection when using LNG and Liquid Nitrogen.
