The Double Insulated Pac Boot has an additional foam layer that surrounds the rubber base. It has a 10"" leather upper and with a crack-resistant, watertight rubber bottom. It also has a supporting steel shank, ASTM Steel Safety Toe and rubber tractor tread outsole.
